What happens if I forget my certificate when I go to a store?
When you are ready for tires or auto service, click on the "Print Savings Certificate" tab on any page of the website to print out the savings certificate. Then, bring the certificate to the store of your choice. You will have to give the store your certificate to get your savings.
Come back to the site and print out a new certificate when you need to go back to a store.
Will all stores honor the certificate?
Only the company-owned Firestone Complete Auto Care, TiresPlus, ExpertTire and Wheel Works locations will accept the savings certificate. Since some non-company stores look similar, please use the store locator feature to choose your store.
Unfortunately, the savings program is only for employees of registered companies. However, by visiting a participating Firestone Complete Auto Care, TiresPlus, ExpertTire and Wheel Works location, you will become part of our family anyway. Through other customer programs, you will be able to receive other savings and special offers.
Why do I have to give you my e-mail address?
E-mail is the way that we will be able to stay in touch with you. It is the most convenient method and we promise not to bother you. By using your e-mail address, we will also be able to send you important information about your vehicle as well as special offers.
What if I don't know my tire size when I need tires?
Our tire specialists will be able to help you select the right tire for your vehicle and your budget. Whether you want economy tires or the latest high-performance tires, our tire specialists will help you.
Can your stores do the same service as dealers - like Manufacturer's Recommended Service?
Your vehicle manufacturer recommends service based on mileage and time intervals. We follow your manufacturer's recommended service schedule. If you don't have the schedule from your owner's manual, our stores can print one out for you for the exact make, model and year of your vehicle.
I work all day. Are your stores open evenings and weekends?
All of our stores are open late - most until 7pm. Many of those stores are also open on Sunday so if you schedule doesn't allow you to get auto service done during the week, you can visit on the weekends when it may be more convenient for you.
What if I don't know much about auto repair? Can your stores explain what repairs I might need?
Auto repair can be confusing and overwhelming. Our auto care advisors are experienced professionals and can take the mystery out of auto care.
Before any work begins, we'll fully explain each maintenance, repair and tire recommendation in a way that you'll understand and we'll only perform the work that you approve. Guaranteed.
Do I get a membership card? How do the stores know I am part of this program?
You do not need to carry a membership card. When you are ready to visit a store, just go to the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan website and print out a savings certificate. Just bring that with you to your visit.
Do I need to make an appointment online?
You never need an appointment to visit our stores. However, as an added convenience, you may be able to set up an appointment online. If you choose this option, your appointment day, time and store will appear on your savings certificate.
Can I give my savings certificate to a family member or a friend?
Unfortunately you may not share the savings certificates. However, you may want to tell your family and friends about the program and have them ask their Human Resources department to set up their company on the program.
What if I have problems with the program, the website or when I go into a store with my certificate?
Problems sometime arise. If something does go wrong or if the store you visit doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us. We will make sure that we do what we can to address your concerns.
What happens if I forget my certificate when I go to a store?
If you forget your certificate when you visit a store, all you need to do is identify yourself as part of the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan and give the store your e-mail address. We'll still give you the savings.
We understand that when people give their personal or work e-mail addresses, they do so hoping that they won't get unsolicited e-mails. We won't sell any of your information.
