Why do I need to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to sign up my company?

With a program like this where there is no expiration date, we ask that each company agrees to the terms of the program. While the program is free to your company to sign up and to each employee to use the program, it is a voluntary program and can be changed, modified or even cancelled at some time in the future. In addition, before an employee uses the program, they need to provide us with some personal information, such as their name, address and vehicle information. While we need this information to make their in-store experience as pleasant as possible, we want to be sure that your company knows that we will protect their personal information and only use it to administer the program.

Can my company use the program if we don’t accept the terms and conditions?

Unfortunately, for your company’s and employee’s protection, the company must accept the terms and conditions of the program before we administer the program.

Does my company have to do anything to run this program?

Once your company is set up on the program, communication needs to be sent to your employees so they know what the program is and how to sign up. Because you know your employees best, we ask that you communicate the program to all employees. We will provide a one-page, electronic announcement that introduces the program and has easy sign-up instructions. Just send out the announcement to all employees and you’re done.

How can my company make the program more successful?

Many companies post the program information on a corporate intranet site, send out periodic e-mails to employees or post the program information on a common benefit wall or bulletin board. Since people don’t always need car care or tires, it is advised that the program is communicated regularly so when employees do have a need automotive service or tires, they can take advantage of the program.

How do I know if my employees are using the program?

Some companies like to know if employees are taking advantage of the program. You may contact us to get a periodic report of how many employees have signed up on the program.

Can we give out our company sign up code to our vendors or contractors so they can use the program?

The sign-up code provided to your company is unique to your company and should not be given out to anyone who is not an employee. You may, however, invite contractors and vendors to sign up. Since all companies have to agree to the terms and conditions of the program, we need each company to sign up individually.
