My company or organization recently signed up for the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan. How do I now sign up and create my account?
It’s easy to sign up. Your HR or Benefit Manager should have sent you an eight-digit express sign up code. If you did not receive this, please contact your HR Manager and request it. Then go to the Partners Plus Employee Home Page and type the code into the field for “Code Number”. Once you enter the express sign up code, click “Submit,” to get to the registration page. Then follow these steps:
- Fill in the required information on that page as noted with a red asterisk.
- Click “Submit” to complete the account set-up process.
- Once your registration is accepted, you will see a series of blue links on the left hand side of the screen. You now can begin using the program.

Your company or association will first need to register for the program. Click here to send your HR or Benefit Manager an e-mail about the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan. Please fill in the fields and then click the “Submit” button. An e-mail message about the program will then be sent to your HR Manager inviting them to join the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan.
Why do I have to give you my e-mail address?
E-mail is the way that we are able to stay in touch with you. It is the most convenient method, and we promise not to bother you with excessive e-mails. By using your e-mail address, we also will be able to send you important information about your vehicle in addition to special offers.
We understand that when people give their personal or work e-mail addresses, they do so hoping they won’t get unsolicited e-mails. We won’t sell any of your information and only will use it to deliver to you news, information and savings about the program if you have indicated that you wish to receive such e-mails. In addition, we will always give you the opportunity to change your mind and opt out of receiving e-mail from us. For more information about your personal information, please see our privacy policy.
I want to sign up, but the password I am trying to use isn’t working.
For your security, passwords need to include a combination of letters and numbers. If you’re password doesn’t include both letters and numbers, please try signing up again with a password that includes both. If the password you used to try signing up does indeed include letters and numbers but still didn’t work, it may be the password already is taken. Please try using a different password. If you continue to experience problems after trying the above tips, please feel free to contact us.
Can I add multiple vehicles to my account? If so, how do I do that?
You may use the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan for all the vehicles in your household. To add multiple vehicles, follow these steps:
- Finish the sign-up process and then log in to your account.
- Click the “Manage Your Profile” tab on the left navigation.
- Then scroll to the bottom, and click “Add A Vehicle”.
- From there, simply enter the vehicle information.
When you’re ready to bring the vehicle in for service or tires, be sure to choose that vehicle before you print out a savings certificate. This way, information about the vehicle is printed right on the certificate.
Do I get a membership card? How do the stores know I am part of this program?
You do not need to carry a membership card. When you are ready to visit a store, simply go to the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan website and print out a savings certificate. Just bring that with you to your visit.
What if my savings certificate expires before I visit the store? Will the store still accept it?
Each savings certificate has an expiration date of 30 days from the time it is printed. If your savings certificate has expired between the time you printed it and the time you visit a store, simply go back to the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan website and print out a new certificate.
Can I give my savings certificate to a family member or a friend?
You may use the program for any vehicle in your household as long as it is registered to the same address. Click here to learn how to add more vehicles. Unfortunately you may not share the savings certificates with family members or friends who do not live in your household. However, you may want to tell your family and friends about the program and have them ask their Human Resources department to set up their companies on the program.
I forgot my password. How can I find out what it is?
To get password help, please go to the “Forgot Password or need help?” link on the employee home page.
How can I update or change my password?
1. Log in to your Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan account.
2. Select "Manage Your Profile" from the menu on the left.
3. Enter your new password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields, enter a new "Password Hint", and click "Submit".
4. Log out of your account.
5. Log back in with your new password.
Unfortunately, the savings program is only for people associated with companies and groups registered in the program. However, by visiting a participating Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Expert Tire and Wheel Works location, you will become part of our family anyway. Through other customer programs, you will be able to receive other savings and special offers.
When you are ready for tires or auto service, click on the “Print Savings Certificate” tab on any page of the website to print out the savings certificate. Then, bring the certificate to the participating store of your choice. You will have to give the store your certificate to get your savings.
When you are ready for another visit, log back onto the site and print out a new certificate.
Will all stores honor the certificate?
Only the company-owned Firestone Complete Auto Care, TiresPlus, ExpertTire and Wheel Works locations will accept the savings certificate. Since some non-company stores look similar, please use the store locator feature to choose a store most convenient for you.
What happens if I forget my certificate when I go to a store?
If you forget your certificate when you visit a store, all you need to do is identify yourself as part of the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan and give the store your e-mail address. We’ll still give you the savings.
What if I have problems with the program, the website or when I go into a store with my certificate?
Problems sometimes arise. If something does go wrong or if the store you visit doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us. We will make sure that we do what we can to address your concerns.
I have a favorite store that I’ve used for many years. Can I use my savings certificate there?
To make sure that your favorite store is part of the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan, use the store locator feature on the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan website. If your store is not listed on the site, it probably means that the store is an independent dealer and not on the program.
Unfortunately, the Partners Plus Auto Care Savings Plan is only honored at the 2,220 company-owned Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Expert Tire and Wheel Works locations.
What if I get the wrong savings when I visit a store or the store doesn’t honor the certificate?
Although we try our best, mistakes do happen. If you feel that you did not get the right savings or the store did not honor the program, please send an e-mail to us so we can make any adjustments necessary.
Do I need to make an appointment online?
You never need an appointment to visit our stores. However, as an added convenience, you may be able to set up an appointment online. If you choose this option, your appointment day, time and store will appear on your savings certificate.
What if I don’t know my tire size when I need tires?
Our tire specialists will be able to help you select the right tire for your vehicle and your budget. Whether you want economy tires or the latest high-performance tires, our tire specialists will help you.
Can your stores do the same service as dealers - like Manufacturer’s Recommended Service?
Your vehicle manufacturer recommends service based on mileage and time intervals. We follow your manufacturer's recommended service schedule. If you don't have the schedule from your owner's manual, our stores can print one out for you for the exact make, model and year of your vehicle.
I work all day. Are your stores open evenings and weekends?
All of our stores are open late– most until 7pm. Many of those stores are also open on Sunday so if your schedule doesn't allow you to get auto service done during the week, you can visit on the weekends when it may be more convenient for you.
What if I don’t know much about auto repair? Can your stores explain what repairs I might need?
Auto repair can be confusing and overwhelming. Our auto care advisors are experienced professionals and can take the mystery out of auto care.
